Delivery & Return Policy
Delivery Policy
Due to ongoing global supply chain disruptions, including impacts from the Coronavirus pandemic, there may be delays in the delivery of certain products from suppliers both locally and internationally. At Revco Medical Supplies, we do not hold large volumes of all stock items and rely on suppliers to deliver on time so that we can fulfil your orders. We will keep you informed should any product you have ordered be affected by delays.
Delivery Coverage & Fees:
We deliver nationwide in Zambia.
Delivery is counter-to-counter only.
Delivery fees are variable and can be confirmed by contacting our administration office at 0974898602 or Order@revcomedicalsupplies.com.
Deliveries can be made via Zambia Post or a private courier, depending on customer preference.
Deliveries generally take up to one month, whether to urban or rural areas.
Express or overnight deliveries are not available.
Important: Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. For urgent orders, please discuss arrangements with our administration office.
Payment Methods
All payments are made in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). We accept:
Card payments
Bank transfers (EFT)
PayPal
Mobile Money (for transactions ≥ K20,000)
Late Delivery
Under the Zambian Consumer Protection Act No. 24 of 2010, you may cancel a purchase if products are not delivered within the agreed delivery period. Products must be returned in their original state, including all labels. Cancellation requests must be made via our call center (0974898602) or email (Order@revcomedicalsupplies.com). Refunds will be processed once the returned products are verified.
Stock Shortages
Temporarily unavailable products: We will notify you of any delays. You may choose to wait, accept a replacement, or receive a credit on your account. If none is acceptable, a refund will be issued.
Permanently unavailable products: We will notify you. You may accept a replacement or account credit, or request a refund.
If a voucher or coupon was used for a product that is unavailable, and you do not accept the alternatives offered, we will reissue a replacement voucher of the same value.
Non-defective Products – Returns
Unless otherwise stated (e.g., made-to-order or special buy products), you may return purchases within 1 week of delivery. To obtain a refund, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns can be sent to our physical address or arranged for order pick-up if the product weighs more than 10 kg.
For incorrectly delivered products, do not use or remove the product from packaging. Contact us immediately to arrange replacement or collection.
Customers may opt for store credit instead of a cash refund.
Defective Products
Warranty Period: 3 months from the date of delivery.
If a product is found defective during this period:
Return it to us for inspection.
We will determine at our discretion whether to repair, replace, or refund the product depending on availability and circumstances.
Non-Defects: Normal wear and tear or damage due to incorrect use will not be considered defects.
Supplier Warranty: Some products may come with supplier guarantees, as stated in the product listing. Only the listed warranty applies.
Exclusions
The following cannot be returned:
Made-to-order products
Clothing/workwear for hygiene reasons
Disposables and PPE items
Products altered or repaired without our authorisation
Return Procedure
Contact our call center at 0974898602 or email Order@revcomedicalsupplies.com to request a returns form.
Complete the form and email it back or fax if applicable.
Pack items securely to prevent damage.
Send to our physical address or arrange pick-up for items over 10 kg.
Refunds or credits will be processed within 10 business days after the returned items are verified. If store credit is chosen, it can be used for future purchases but cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse payment or cancel orders in the interest of fraud prevention. Refunds will be made for any cancelled portion of an order if payment has already been received.
