Revco Medical Supplies – Frequently Asked Questions (Zambia)


1. How do I register with Revco Medical Supplies?
To register as a shopper, create an account. We’ll need your name, e-mail address, a password of at least 8 characters, at least 1 contact number, and the address where we will be delivering your order.

Note: When purchasing for the first time, we may ask you for proof of identification.


2. How do I buy something?
Step 1: Find the items you wish to buy
Use the search box to find products or browse the product categories.

Step 2: Add to cart
Click on "Add to Cart" for items you want to purchase. Your shopping cart contains all selected products. You can continue browsing and add more items as needed.

Step 3: Check out

  1. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

  2. Log in or register.

  3. Select your delivery method (counter-to-counter nationwide).

  4. Select your delivery address or create a new one.

  5. Select your payment method and click "Buy Now".

  6. Review the order summary and ensure all details are correct.


3. What is a Pre-Order?
Some items may be out of stock or in the process of being manufactured. Pre-orders allow you to place advance orders for these items. If an item is urgently required, contact our sales team for an estimated delivery date.

4. When do I get charged for a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders are charged immediately.


5. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order prior to shipment. After shipment, cancellation is subject to our returns policy.


6. What are my delivery options?

  • Counter-to-counter delivery nationwide: Customers can collect their orders at a designated counter location within Zambia.

  • Delivery details and tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.


7. What will delivery cost me?
Delivery fees are variable. Please contact our administration office at 0974898602 or Order@revcomedicalsupplies.com to confirm your delivery fee in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).


8. What happens if an item is missing from my shipment?
If an item is out of stock, you will receive a backorder notification. Once the item is available, it will be dispatched to you.

If an item is missing without notification, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 0974898602 or Order@revcomedicalsupplies.com, and have your order number ready.


9. What are my payment options?
Payments accepted in Zambia include:

  • Card payments

  • Bank transfers (EFT)

  • PayPal

  • Mobile Money (for transactions ≥ K20,000)

Please include your order number when making EFT or Mobile Money payments, and send proof of payment to Order@revcomedicalsupplies.com to speed up processing.


10. Is there an Instant EFT option?
We use standard EFT payments with proof of payment. There is no instant EFT service at this time.


11. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD, as deliveries are handled via third-party courier services.


12. When will my deposit/payment be authorised?

  • Bank Deposit / EFT: Use your order number as reference. Deposits made before 12:00 noon are typically processed the same day or the following day. Transfers may take up to 48 hours depending on the bank.

  • Cheque Deposits: Accepted only by prior arrangement. Cheques are subject to a 10-working-day clearing period.
